FINDING ITEMS

You will find links to product categories -- Palladium bars, Collector Coins, Bullion Coins and Bars, and Gold Bullion Bars -- in the left-side navigation bar throughout the web site. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to view its detail page.

ORDERING ITEMS

If you want to order an item, click the "Buy" button on the right side of the detail page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of every page of our Web site.

PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you do not want to purchase a particular item, click the "Remove" button. When you are ready to purchase the items in the Shopping Cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

ENTER A SHIPPING ADDRESS

Tell us where you would like to ship your order, and if any of the items are to be gifts. (If so, you'll be given a chance to order gift-wrap, for an additional charge, and add a note.)

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

All checks must be made payable to MTB Inc. Official Bank Checks and U.S. Postal Money Orders will ship within two days of availability of merchandise. All other checks will be held for 17 days for clearance.

REVIEW AND SUBMIT THE ORDER FORM

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
